Job Vacancy in Corporate Communications:

Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Job Purpose: Provide top-notch customer service at the Company's entrance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manning and supervising all receptions at the Head Office
  • Keeping a record of activities at other receptions in the Head Office
  • Welcoming walk-in visitors and registering them via the Visitors Management System
  • Guiding visitors to the appropriate offices
  • Compiling quarterly customer service reports
  • Conducting internal customer service training and presenting reports on the same
  • Ensuring all receptions are tidy and stocked with current IEC materials
  • Handling the main switchboard
  • Receiving and escalating complaints to the Customer Care Officer
  • Receiving and documenting feedback through suggestion boxes and forms, escalating them to the Customer Care Officer
  • Adapting the service charter into specific formats
  • Distributing the Company's IEC material and updating the log sheet
  • Organizing Customer Service Week and decorating receptions during the Christmas season
  • Updating the Corporate database
  • Providing essential information for the Customer Service Survey
  • Executing the customer care program

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Relevant professional certifications/qualifications
  • Minimum of four (4) years of applicable work experience

Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional field visits
