Old Mutual Kenya, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join its team.

The Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's balance sheet and managing its exposure to interest rate, credit, and liquidity risks.

• Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash inflows and outflows, forecast cash requirements, and manage liquidity.
• Investments: Develop and implement investment strategies, manage investment portfolios, and assess investment risks and returns.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, implement risk mitigation strategies, and monitor and report on risk exposures.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data, and prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards, and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a treasury or corporate finance role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment instruments.
• Understanding of risk management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
