Summary:
  • The Customer Value Manager role at d.light is crucial for establishing the company as a customer-centric leader in the industry. This position is responsible for enhancing customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty by optimizing all touchpoints along the customer journey. The goal is to improve customer repayment, upsell opportunities, and conversion rates by delivering a cohesive customer experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and implement customer lifetime value strategies to enhance customer repayment speed, loyalty, and upsell success rates.
    • Collaborate with various teams to develop targeted customer engagement campaigns and initiatives.
    • Oversee the successful rollout of the d.light Loyalty Program in each operational company.
    • Work on motivating and retaining commission agents through collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
    • Lead the development and improvement of customer-related tools and communication channels for optimal effectiveness.
    • Manage the customer journey map and standardize best practices across all channels.
    • Execute integrated customer lifetime value and repayment campaigns across markets and sales channels.
    • Lead qualitative research efforts to understand customer behavior and preferences.
    • Provide ongoing training to internal teams on customer relationship management best practices.
    • Monitor KPIs related to customer lifetime value and develop action plans for improvement.
    • Promote a customer-centric culture and advocate for rural customers and commission agents.
Requirements:
  • University graduate with 5+ years of experience in marketing, customer experience, or related fields.
  • Proficient in statistics and data analysis, with a proven track record of successful customer value management campaigns.
  • Experience in driving customer engagement and loyalty in a B2C environment, particularly in the African Market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Self-driven with a passion for energy access and a commitment to social impact.
