  • BS/MS degree in related field, such as non-profit management, public health, marketing, or communications

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • We are seeking our first Partnerships Director to oversee relationships with current and potential donors, as well as partners in the non-profit and intergovernmental sector. The ideal candidate will:
  • Develop and execute strategies for donor and international partner engagement and retention
  • Enhance the organization's global public health presence through networking events, conferences, and online platforms
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and meetings to represent the organization and foster relationships with donors, funders, and partners
  • Manage all visits from investors, donors, and partners to our offices and operations
  • Stay updated on the day-to-day progress of our work to effectively communicate it to current and potential partners
  • Supervise the grant writing and proposal development team to ensure alignment with company objectives and vision
  • Conduct research and assess new funding opportunities while maintaining detailed records of all grants and donor interactions
