  • Enhance skills in programming, technology, clinical trials, and pharma industry.
  • Offer guidance, training, and leadership to junior team members.
  • Provide general support to the department, represent the company at events, contribute to training materials, and assist in developing departmental procedures.
  • Participate in bidding processes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in computer science, statistics, biostatistics, mathematics or related field with at least 8 years' programming experience.
  • OR
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 10 years' programming experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in SAS programming.
  • Experience in ADaM, SDTM, and TLF programming.
  • Skilled in independent programming and handling complex analysis datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to mentor others.
  • Strong project management skills for complex projects.
  • Capable of quality control review and process improvements in statistical programming.
