JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Group Technology Strategic Planning and Consolidation Processes; overall liaison of template dissemination, engagement meetings, collation and presentation.Cascade of approved Technology plan and monthly reviews against plan.Assist with input to prepare Performance and Strategy papers to respective governance bodies.Provide management of the overall technology strategy execution, working in conjunction with responsible unit leaders and the subsidiaries.Support goal setting and own accepting any revisions or changes to the goals or the plans that support achieving the goals.Support strategic initiatives validation, sizing and tracking at unit and subsidiary level.Provide support on an on-going basis, the performance management of work stream sponsors, leads and initiative owners on the successful execution of the technology strategy.
