RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Conference & Events Operations Manager, the key responsibilities of the Banquets Supervisor include:Being "Guest obsessed" while providing support and presence on the front of house areas to ensure the smooth operation of the Department & quality service is providedProviding leadership and guidance to your F&B colleagues, ensuring our F&B service standards are observed providing a consistently high level of service to all guestsSet up and pack down of events/conference rooms and coordination on the dayFamiliarizing yourself with VIP and regular clients to ensure their requests and needs are metMaintain hygienic food service techniques during service and promote a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and promoting general OHS practicesA 'hands on' approach is required as is to work as part of a team to provide efficient service
