JOB SUMMARY

The requirementsMinimum of a Kenya Certificate of Secondary EducationCertificate in Nursing Aid or equivalent from a recognized institution will be an added advantageAt least one (1) year of experience in an acute care setting.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer services skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the transfer of patients to and from their vehicles, beds, chairs, wheelchairs, stretchers ensuring safety measures are adhered to.Assist in wheeling and/transporting of patient to the wards, x-rays, ECG, physiotherapy, laboratory ,etc in the company of the Nursing Officers.Maintain high standards of Infection Control Practices as per policies.Ensure the environment is cleanCarry out messengerial duties as delegated from time to time.
