JOB SUMMARY
Barista to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Barista duties:1) Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.2) Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.3) Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.4) Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.5) Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.6) Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.7) Serve prepared foods, such as muffins, croissants, cakes.8) Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.9) Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation.10) Take out garbage.11) Wrap, label, or date food items for sale.12) Set up or restock product displays.13) Slice fruits, vegetables, desserts use in food service.Qualifications:2 years of hotel/cafe experience MINIMUMMust speak and write with excellent command of the English language including proper spelling and grammar.MUST work overtime when needed and assist the workload of others.Interested and qualified candidates to send in their detailed resume and cover letter via the Login to Apply button to be considered.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
