JOB SUMMARY

About the role: Medtronic Labs is looking for a Supply Chain Associate to enhance outcomes for Medtronic Labs globally, based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Must-Haves Requirement for the role:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain management, preferably in healthcare or FMCG sector.
  • MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain.
  • Proficiency in Excel, presentations, analytics, and previous experience in supply chain.

(Nice to Haves)

  • Experience in countries like Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, etc.
  • Background in Regulatory affairs.
  • Entrepreneurial, agile, and a strong team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Developing supply chain strategy based on understanding different social businesses under Labs.
  • Managing product suppliers, enhancing relationships, and streamlining ordering cycles.
  • Supporting field teams with necessary systems and processes.
  • Evaluating changing regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance.
  • Creating management reports, dashboards, and real-time stock updates.
