Job Responsibilities:

List the main job responsibilities of a business assistant, such as document processing, administrative support, scheduling, meeting organization, etc.Assist the business team to complete daily tasks, such as planning and organizing sales activities, customer relationship management, etc.Assist leaders in the preparation and organization of business reports, as well as other related administrative affairs support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above, business management, administrative management or related majors are preferred.Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit.Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.Applicants with certain experience as business assistants or administrative assistants will be given priority.
