JOB SUMMARY

You will needTo really understand data,using it to inform decisions on what lives or dies at CredrailsBe able to quickly come up with product MVPs in conjuction with engineers and run themBe comfortable with research,speaking to customers and bringing those insights into the product building process.Enjoy experiments.With great power comes great responsibility. We would like you to haveRequirements:5-8 years of experience in Product Management or related roles, preferably in the FinTech industry.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative products from ideation to market.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product strategies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes and technologies.Experience with Agile methodologies, product management tools, and UX/UI design principles.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our R&D function.At Credrails we take an experimental view of the world. We like to run experiments and use data to draw conclusions that inform our strategy.. We are looking for a product manager with an experimental streak to join usReporting and working directly with the CEO,the R&D PM will be responsible for running the experiments that eventually become our products.
