O' Kirk Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Dairy Farming Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dairy farm operations, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the dairy herd, including feeding, milking, and herd health management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement feeding plans to optimize nutrition and milk production.
  • Conduct regular examinations of cows to identify any health issues and document records.
  • Maintain clean and hygienic conditions in the milking area and equipment.
  • Manage calving, breeding, and reproductive activities to achieve optimal herd production.
  • Carry out bio-security protocols to prevent disease outbreaks.


Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of dairy herd management best practices.
  • Experience with dairy herd nutrition, feeds, and feeding management.
  • Familiarity with milking and milk hygiene procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
