Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through exceptional telephone salesmanship, creating leads, initiating prospect calls, and establishing ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers for referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by consistently delivering high-quality sales calls and meeting key performance indicators.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing them with excellent customer service and building trust.
  3. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor information, and new product releases to ensure effective sales pitches and provide accurate forecasts.
  4. Collaborate with the Telesales Team Leader to allocate leads and manage pipeline effectively, ensuring timely updates and communication.
  5. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and stay updated on the latest technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales in a busy Telesales environment.
  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service, telephone etiquette, communication skills, and working knowledge of the latest technology in inside sales (telesales) organization.
