Job Title: Admin/Front Office Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to join our team as an Admin/Front Office Executive at Crystal Recruitment Ltd.

Company Overview:

Candidate must have 0-2 years of experience in administration or front office roles. She will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth office operations while providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all visitors and clients receive a professional welcome and are assisted in a timely manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings as required.
  • Maintain the reception and office areas to ensure they are clean, organized, and presentable.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional demeanor.
