Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law to build strong cases.
  • Providing technical guidance on legal matters and drafting court documents.
  • Representing clients in hearings, trials, and other court proceedings.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely filings and appearances.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' post-admission experience in a busy law firm.
  • An upper 2nd class Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
  • A valid practicing certificate.
