**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Brand Promoter at the Finance Freedom Project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing online customer service operations, collaborating with distribution partners, and developing effective communication strategies with customers and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage online customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

- Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners to drive sales growth

- Develop and implement communication plans to engage customers and stakeholders in English and Swahili

- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement

**Requirements**

- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Fluency in English and Swahili

**Compensation Package**

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
