Job Summary:
Aminika Manpower Ltd is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance team. The successful candidate will assume overall responsibility for financial management, planning, and control.

About the Role:
The Chief Financial Officer will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will also be responsible for implementing financial controls, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies
  • Manage and analyze financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Implement financial controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data
  • Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of bills and invoices
  • Maintain relationships with banks, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CMA, CA, CPA, or ACCA certification
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including managerial experience
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale financial operations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
