About the Job:

• We develop and test new crop varieties that are more resilient to disease, pests, and environmental stresses.
• We work with farmers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• We study the impact of different breeding techniques on crop performance and develop recommendations for optimal breeding strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in plant genetics, agronomy, or related field.
• Experience in plant breeding and genetics research and development.
• Strong understanding of plant genetics, breeding techniques, and crop performance.
