Key Responsibilities:
">ASRH/DREAMS Nurse duties include:
">Designing and coordinating program activities, including training and capacity building for healthcare workers.
">Forging strong relationships with MOHCC and other stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation.
">Ensuring national DREAMS and ASRH strategies are adopted and implemented at SPS level.
">Providing technical support to SPS Coordinator and healthcare workers on data-driven approaches, assessments, and skills audits.
">Coordinating and overseeing data aggregation, verification, and reporting into USAID databases.
">Preparing timely, accurate, and quality reports on program activities and progress.
">Spearheading the adoption, implementation, and monitoring of DREAMS/ASRH strategies for HIV prevention services.
">Supporting facility-community integration in the implementation of all DREAMS HIV prevention activities.
">Promoting site-level DREAMS HIV prevention data analysis to improve quality of services and achievement of site targets.
">Submit[ting] timely, accurate, and quality reports on all prevention activities conducted.
