The Role:
As a Marketing and Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. You will drive sales through direct outreach, relationship-building, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer base
- Drive sales through direct outreach, relationship-building, and lead generation
- Manage customer engagement across digital platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales
- Demonstrated success in growing brand awareness and customer base
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
