Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinisher to join our team. As an Automotive Refinisher, you will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing the extent of vehicle repairs, restoration or customization requests.
• Managing customer expectations and preparing repair or modification cost estimates.
• Planning, organizing, and scheduling the workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Regularly updating management on the progress of repairs and ensuring compliance to industry specifications and safety standards.
• Restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition by removing dents, mending parts, removing rust, repairing scratches, and spray painting panels.
• Accommodating customization requests and operating recovery vehicles as needed.
• Cleaning the workspace after work hours and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Liaising with the paint shop after bodywork is complete to ensure seamless completion of tasks.
• Safeguarding and properly using company tools and equipment.
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed and meeting set targets without fail.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive refinishing or collision repair.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
