Job Title: Inpatient Oncology Nurse

Provide compassionate patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Direct and lead nursing teams to deliver high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient-centered care.
  • Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and healing environment for patients and staff.
  • Participate in shared governance and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical expertise and leadership skills.
  • Coordinate the effective delivery of patient care services through the application of care management principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in South Carolina or Compact State
  • AHA BLS Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
