We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client relationship building, and strategic sales execution.

The successful candidate will possess 1–4 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the IT sector, with a strong understanding of market trends and the ability to promote products/services effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients by building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Promote products/services through digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Analyze sales data to inform future business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven sales success in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to travel for business purposes.
