About the Role:

A macurist at NADA SPA & WELLNESS specializes in providing therapeutic treatments that focus on the care and maintenance of the body, particularly through the practice of macurology. This role involves assessing clients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and applying various techniques to promote physical well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and needs.
  • Discuss health history, lifestyle, and wellness goals with clients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
  • Recommend appropriate macurology techniques and therapies.
  • Apply various macurology methods, including but not limited to: manual manipulation, stretching exercises, relaxation and breathing techniques.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of treatments and self-care strategies.
  • Provide guidance on lifestyle changes and wellness practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress.
  • Document treatment plans and any modifications made.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Certification or degree in macurology, massage therapy, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
