Job Title: Litigation and Conveyancing Attorney

The role of a litigation and conveyancing attorney is to provide legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters, including property and commercial law.

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting client consultations, interviewing them on their legal issues, and providing advice accordingly. You will also draft and review various legal documents, conduct research on relevant laws and regulations, and represent clients in court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Conducting research on relevant laws and regulations
  • Representing clients in court proceedings

Requirements:

  • Three (3) year post-admission experience in a busy law firm
  • An upper 2nd Bachelor's degree in Laws (LLB) from a recognized university
  • A valid practicing certificate
  • Experience in litigation, conveyancing, and commercial matters
