As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing Medical Dispatch Riders and ensuring OVA compliance.

You will also facilitate the processing of orders in real-time and ensure full compliance with operational regulations.

This role requires excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing or operation roles. A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience are essential.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package of KSh 40,000 Monthly (Gross).
