We are seeking an experienced Pension Scheme Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for advising clients on pension scheme governance, compliance, and strategy. Your expertise will help shape our clients' retirement plans, ensuring they are optimized for maximum benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a risk register for schemes under your portfolio and prepare risk mitigation strategies to share with stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic reviews of scheme trust deeds, rules, and investment policy statements to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and organizational objectives.
• Prepare trustee resolutions on discretionary benefits and other relevant areas.
