Job OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying new business opportunities, establishing client relationships, and contributing to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product pitches and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our SaaS products.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on sales activities.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and share insights with the team.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related field.
- A proven track record in sales or business development.
- Exceptional fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems.
- A team player with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingsness to work in shifts to cover different time zones
- Must have access to uninterrupted high-speed internet.
- Must have a reliable, up-to-date computer or laptop.
- A competitive base salary of $60,000 per year, with performance-based commissions.
