We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our security services team, you will play a critical role in protecting our clients' computer networks from cyber threats.

The Cybersecurity Analyst is an entry-level role that involves supporting the design and implementation of security systems, monitoring clients' computer networks for security issues, installing security software, and documenting any security issues or breaches found.

This role assists with investigating potential threats, escalating incidents as necessary, and implementing and monitoring security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.

You will also assist in performing regular vulnerability assessments, analyzing scan results, and prioritizing and remediating identified vulnerabilities.

In addition, you will support the incident response team in investigating security incidents, documenting findings, and participating in remediation efforts.

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to maintaining a secure and compliant environment.

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are also essential for triaging security events and performing basic investigations.

A strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus/EDR, and IDPS, is required.

Familiarity with security frameworks, standards, and regulations, such as Mitre ATT&CK, NIST, CIS, and GDPR, is also beneficial.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information security, cybersecurity, computer science, or related disciplines, and relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of security systems
  • Monitor clients' computer networks for security issues
  • Install security software and document security issues or breaches
  • Investigate potential threats and escalate incidents as necessary
  • Implement and monitor security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls
  • Perform regular vulnerability assessments and analyze scan results
