Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR Partnership Lead to drive strategic growth by acquiring new host companies willing to provide internship opportunities for our students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pitching to HR departments, securing partnerships, and managing ongoing communication to ensure a smooth collaboration.

This is a commission-based role that offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely and attend scheduled field meetings. If you have strong corporate networks, persuasive communication skills, and the drive to succeed independently, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.



Key Accountabilities:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with HR departments and decision-makers.
  • Securing partnership agreements for student placements.
  • Maintaining professional and consistent communication with HR representatives.
  • Coordinating with the internal team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new partners.
  • Maintaining accurate records of outreach, leads, partnerships, and placements.
  • Attending scheduled meetings with prospective or existing partners.
