Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Assistant role at Divine Caterers Ltd is designed to provide support in maintaining high-quality food safety standards across our operations. The successful candidate will assist in various aspects of quality control, including inspections, staff training, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead daily inspection rounds to ensure all facilities comply with health and safety standards.
2. Upon arrival, inspect raw ingredients to verify their quality before incorporating them into the supply chain.
3. Implement methods to promote excellent personal hygiene among employees.
4. Maintain thorough records of food complaints and act on them promptly.
5. Create and sustain an accurate food tracing system.
6. Establish and execute comprehensive staff training programs on hygiene practices.
7. Regularly conduct thorough audits to ensure consistency in adhering to operational procedures.
8. Contribute to implementing effective pest control measures.
9. Closely collaborate with the maintenance team to address any issues or concerns.
10. Review lab test results to ensure compliance with specified health and safety standards.
11. Oversee the execution of standardized company-wide operating procedures for managing food-related challenges.
12. Periodically review and revise documentation to reflect changes.
13. Build strong relationships with the production team to align with overarching business objectives.
14. Attend educational workshops and participate in peer reviews to grow professionally.
