About the Role

The Facilities Care Specialist will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring they remain safe and secure for our tenants and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct Regular Inspections: Identify maintenance needs and repair issues through regular inspections of the property.
  2. Manage Maintenance Tasks: Arrange for routine maintenance tasks such as landscaping, lawn care, and exterior cleaning.
  3. Coordinate Repairs: Work with contractors or maintenance personnel to coordinate repairs and renovations as needed.
  4. Monitor Mechanical Systems: Ensure all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are functioning properly.
  5. Implement Security Measures: Protect the property and its occupants from theft, vandalism, or other security risks.
  6. Monitor Security Systems: Keep an eye on security systems such as alarms, surveillance cameras, and access control systems.
  7. Address Tenant Concerns: Be the primary point of contact for tenants or residents regarding property-related issues or concerns.
