Agricultural Scientist

Agricultural Scientist at KELRO is responsible for conducting research and development to improve crop yields and reduce environmental impact.

About the Job:

• We develop and implement sustainable agricultural practices that promote soil health, conserve water, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
• We work with farmers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• We study the impact of different agricultural practices on crop performance and develop recommendations for optimal farming strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development to improve crop yields and reduce environmental impact.
• Develop and implement sustainable agricultural practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new agricultural practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in agronomy, agricultural science, or related field.
• Experience in agricultural research and development.
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices, soil health, and crop performance.
