Job Summary:
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology strategy for SMART PAY NETWORK's mobile money platform. As a visionary leader, the CTO will oversee the development, security, and scalability of our platform, ensuring seamless user experiences and compliance with regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the technology strategy for SMART PAY NETWORK's mobile money platform.
  • Lead the technology team to design, test, and deploy the mobile money wallet and related applications.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of the platform with relevant financial and regulatory standards.
  • Manage system scalability and integration with banking networks and other payment providers.
  • Drive innovation in mobile payments by identifying emerging trends and opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in software development, system architecture, and mobile money technologies.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a technology team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
