We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurses to join our team at Antal International Network - IME. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct, professional nursing care to patients in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct Patient Care: Provide direct, professional nursing care to patients, including administering medications, applying sterile dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate patients' conditions, assess their needs, and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and patients to ensure effective care and communication.
- Education and Support: Provide patient and family education, counseling, and support to promote health and well-being.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure adherence to standards of care, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and quality environment for patients and staff.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience, including in-depth experience in the required specialty.
- Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Skills: Good communication skills, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Nationality: Required nationalities: Kenya.
