Promote and Sell:
As a Sales Executive at Platinum Credit Limited, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our banking products and services to new and existing customers. This includes analyzing customer needs, preferences, and financial requirements to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. Your primary goal is to increase sales revenue while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Analyze Customer Needs:
To excel in this role, you must have strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and preferences. You will analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats, and use this information to develop targeted sales strategies.
Educate and Follow Up:
In addition to promoting and selling our products, you will also educate customers about their options and follow up with them after sales to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
Build Relationships:
