Job Title: Relationship Officer

About the Role

The Business Development Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships in accordance with the Bank's core values and sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage deposit and loan portfolios
  • Cross-sell and upsell other Bank services and products
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients
  • Assist clients with services and products such as loans, cash management, bank accounts opening and queries, interest rate swaps, letters of credit, foreign exchange, insurance, and others
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a similar field within the Banking sector
  • Proven business and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and maintain good customer relationships
  • Knowledge of computer applications and proficient use of business software
