Job Description:
Emerge Egress Consulting, a reputable HR Management & Training Consulting Firm based in Nairobi, is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and mathematical skills, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to interpret financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards by implementing and maintaining cost accounting systems.
• Track and analyze monthly expenses against budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and recommending improvements.

Core Skills and Qualifications:
• CPA Intermediate Level certification
• At least 1 year's experience in accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP Systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
