Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by taking charge of administrative activities.
• Participate in sales conferences to improve your understanding of the sales process.
• Observe how skilled sales teams successfully pitch and close deals.
• Communicate with customers when instructed to do so by a Sales Lead or Sales Associate.

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates must hold a certificate or diploma in a related field, preferably Business or Marketing.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities are vital for interacting with clients.
• A strong desire to learn and grow professionally will help you thrive in this role.
• A fundamental grasp of sales and marketing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation Package

We provide Ksh 15,000 per month as part of our compensation package.
