Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Admin Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing office supplies, ordering, inventory management, examining expenses submitted by employees, and supervising administrative staff and distributing responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work accurately and efficiently, and have a keen eye for detail. They will also be responsible for actively participating in tender preparation, keeping government certification annual renewals up to date, and contacting clients to ensure timely payments.

The role also involves administering and reconciling petty cash, ensuring that costs are checked against budgets and are in compliance, and communicating any budget variances. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
