**Job Title:** Financial Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate financial information, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Management of payroll and benefits administration
  • Assistance with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Development and implementation of internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum CPA Section II certification
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience; experience in real estate or property management is an added advantage
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an added advantage
  • KCSE mean grade C+, with at least a C+ in Mathematics and C in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks
