Job Title

Project Manager, Real Estate Services

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Real Estate Services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget and to the required quality standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to work with our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local and international building codes and standards.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g. construction management, civil engineering or project management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in managing construction projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Qualifications

Professional project management certifications, e.g. PMP or Prince2, are highly desirable.
