Job Description:

As a Vehicle Operator with SAI RAJ LTD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of staff, products, and materials to and from various locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport company staff, products, and materials to and from specified destinations.
  • Assist with the loading and offloading of staff luggage, products, and materials.
  • Adjust travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
  • Inform management of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
  • Park the company vehicle in authorized parking areas to avoid towing.
  • Maintain the company vehicle in a clean and well-maintained condition.
  • Record accurate time logs of the company vehicle's movements.
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to management.
  • Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations.
  • Arrive at destinations on schedule.
  • Fulfill administrative needs, such as office pickups.
  • Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays.
  • Use navigation applications to determine the best route.
  • Interact with clients professionally at all times.
  • Ensure the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
  • Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed.
  • Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date.
