Project Director Role

We are looking for a seasoned project director to oversee and manage complex projects from start to finish. This role involves defining project scope, goals, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.

The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. They must be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans and manage all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication and task coordination.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient with project management tools.
