Job Specifications: We require a highly creative and organized Events Planner with excellent time management skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, financial savvy, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and impressive customer service skills.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and implement event concepts and themes.
  • Prepare event budgets and quotations.
  • Coordinate all logistical elements of the event.
  • Manage set-up, tear-down, and clean-up operations.
  • Anticipate attendee needs.
  • Develop post-event reports.
  • Coordinate and execute a range of events, including corporate meetings, weddings, conferences, and special occasions.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and budget.
  • Sourced and negotiated with vendors, such as caterers, venues, entertainers, and decorators.
  • Create detailed event proposals and timelines to ensure all elements are aligned with client expectations.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Preparation of timely reports.
  • Engaging in all events promotional and marketing efforts.
  • Seeking sponsorships as needed whilst also developing different ideas to bring revenue.
  • Managing end to end events aspects.
  • Addressed and resolved any event-related issues or emergencies promptly.
  • Conducted post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and gather feedback for improvement
  • Maintaining partnerships with vendors and overseeing the set-up, execution and closure of events.
  • Managing and budgeting for funds allocated efficiently and effectively.
  • Reviewing quotation and approving payments
  • Identifying clients' requirements and expectations for each event.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
