Project Manager & Microsoft Cloud Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our initiatives in Microsoft Cloud Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, define scope, and set objectives for projects.
  • Establish standardized project management processes, encompassing effective issue resolution, scope and risk management.
  • Secure and manage resources to ensure project completion.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of project deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, oversee progress, and regularly report status to stakeholders.
  • Prepare project budgets, track costs, and oversee financial processes.
  • Lead project change control processes.
  • Evaluate project performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders ensuring satisfaction.

Client & Partner Engagement:

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and various internal departments or external partners.

Documentation:

  • Craft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities, devising strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud Services, including M365 Administration and Migrations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
