• Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring seamless execution of scheduling, facility management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Hire, train, and manage a talented team of therapists, receptionists, and maintenance workers to provide high-quality service.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by promptly addressing client needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Develop and manage the spa's financial performance, including setting goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing strategies to increase profitability.
• Design and execute effective marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones, leveraging social media and special packages as necessary.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of spa supplies, products, and equipment, ordering new stock as required.
• Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term business strategies for the spa, identifying growth opportunities and incorporating industry trends and innovations.
• Ensure the spa complies with all relevant health regulations and safety standards, maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene practices.
