ONGA Mobility is a pioneering electric mobility company driving innovation in rural transportation across Africa.

We are seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant with fluency in Japanese and English to support executive scheduling, logistics, communication, and stakeholder management.

This role will be instrumental in liaising with Japanese stakeholders, including foundations, partners, and government agencies supporting SONGA Mobility.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives, manage daily scheduling, appointments, and calendars, as well as coordinate meetings, travel plans, and logistics for business engagements.

Additionally, the individual will act as the primary point of contact for Japanese stakeholders, facilitating clear communication between Japanese and Kenyan teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily scheduling, appointments, and calendar of senior executives.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel plans, and logistics for business engagements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese stakeholders, including foundations, business partners, and government agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Japanese & English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in executive assistance, administrative support, or international business coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
