**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Property Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing monthly rentals, utilities, and service charges. This includes raising invoices, collecting payments, conducting bank reconciliations, and performing statutory service charge audits.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage monthly financial transactions
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Collect payments from clients
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations
- Perform statutory service charge audits

**Requirements:**
- 5-6 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and Tally software
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

**What We Offer:**
- Competitive salary package of KES 80,000 - 100,000 per month
